Sora Han
Sora Han is a talented emerging violinist who has worked extensively throughout France and Korea. Her musical talents have led to many soloist opportunities including the chance to perform with the Massy Opera Orchestra (France), Pesaro Symphony Orchestra (Italy), Choongnam Philharmonic Orchestra, Cheonan Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonians Seoul, and Amabile Chamber Orchestra, to name just a few. Han has also had the great fortune to be invited to be a guest artist at many universities and music festivals. She has played at Turkey Koç University, Porto Chamber Music Festival, Mannheim Mozart Festival, Lyon Contemporary Music Festival, Maurice Ravel International Music Academy, Courchevel International Music Academy, Hi-Seoul Festival, Seoul Spring Festival, Daejeon Chamber Music Festival, and Festival Cappa. Sora Han is the Concert Master of the Guemcheon Symphony Orchestra and a member of the Notre Quartet. She is also currently teaching at Hanyang University. Han attended the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de DansedeParis (CNSMDP) where she received the Supérieure de Violon (higher degree in violin).
She earned a Diplôme d'études musicales Supérieures (degree of musical studies) from the Conservatoire de Paris. Han also received a Diplôme Supérieur de Concertiste (higher degree in concert) from Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot. Her accomplishments also include the prestigious Prix de Perfectionnement from the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Versailles.
